Professional (monthly subscription)

  • Cancellation applies to the next billing cycle.
  • Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of the first payment when no analyses were consumed.
  • If usage exists, eligibility may be partial or not applicable depending on effective consumption.

Growth (monthly subscription)

  • Cancellation applies to the next billing cycle.
  • Started billing periods are generally non-prorated unless there is a billing error or legal requirement.

Special cases

  • Duplicate charge or verified billing error: priority adjustment/refund.
  • Payment fraud incidents are handled with the payment processor and relevant controls.

  • Initial response target: 3 business days.
